Baffito’s Bar & Pizzeria is an exciting new venue that opened its doors for the first time in February 2012 in Warrington Cheshire. The owners are so confident about its future that they’re planning to launch another nine over the next three years (surely not all in Warrington? It would be good to give some other towns a chance to sample their delicious menu!).
It was thanks to Johnson Reed that the husband and wife partnership were able to meet their objectives with so little hassle. We provided £150,000 worth of Restaurant equipment leasing for furniture, catering, refrigeration and EPOS equipment with a low deposit and no charge on the property.
Peter Thompson of Baffito’s said of the deal:
Opening new premises is a busy time so it was fantastic that Johnson Reed was able to liaise with the lead contractor to make all of the finance and invoicing arrangements. Rates were agreed on the phone and I only needed a single meeting to sign the paperwork at the end of the process.
Peter and his wife have run a Domino’s Pizza franchise for the last ten years, so they know everything there is to know about the trade. We’re confident that they will succeed and we look forward to helping them open their next restaurant.
