A long established convenience store in Grantham, Lincolnshire had been looking for ways to increase capacity at the shop. They are a standard off license selling things such as crisps, sweets, beer and limited frozen foods. The objective for Gonerby Hill was to increase revenue streams for the business by selling more produce, but this would mean homing an increased amount of stock.
