Pant-y-Gwydr is a restaurant that serves authentic classical French cuisine using traditional recipes in the centre of Swansea. The building itself was originally a hotel built in 1870s and it’s stonewalls and solid pine floors are the perfect setting for a special occasion.
To improve the dining experience and keep up with regulations a new water heating system was needed for the restaurant. However, because of the businesses popularity it needed to be installed and set up while they were closed for refurbishment.
Luckily here at Johnson Reed we could provide them with a very fast turnaround on their £9,000 finance that they agreed to pay back over three years.
Pant-y-Gwydr’s renovations went smoothly and we are happy to announce that they are open and offering locally sourced fresh fish, game and ingredients sourced from France to the public. If you would like to take part in their dining experience please visit www.pantygwydr.co.uk.
