Johnson Reed are delighted to announce the opening of a new restaurant and cafe bar in Derby, called Seven.
Based in the iPro stadium, home of Derby County FC, and focusing on “modern British” food, Seven comprises a 100-cover restaurant, plus space for private dining.
We have been involved with Seven for a little while, helping to finance their launch and all equipment based costs including catering, furniture, fixtures and fittings, a sound system, security system, and EPOS.
This new start venture has benefited from working with the team of suppliers responsible for a host of other high-end successful venues in the North West such as Australasia, Neighbourhood, and Lucha Libre.
Ambitious in terms of its scale, this restaurant will focus on a high-end dining experience, and as you can see from the photo, has struck a stylish tone for diners and visitors to its cafe bar.
Helen, Director of Seven Restaurant, told us:
We are thrilled with the service Jamie provided! He came highly recommended in my search for an equipment finance specialist that could help us with such a big project and with such a diverse range of kit. It was great to lean on his experience of funding the restaurant and catering trade. From start to finish, Jamie and his team at Johnson Reed helped us to manage all of the equipment suppliers, they made getting finance simple and easy, and this allowed me to focus on getting Seven up and running.
We are delighted to have been able to work with Seven on this project, and to manage a large number of equipment suppliers, all with varying payment terms.
Seven is open for business and we highly recommend you drop in and sample the menu. Bit of advice though… save room for the homemade donuts – they’re a bit special!
