Life Leisure sites continue to grow across Stockport
The first glimpse of spring sunshine has got us excited for the summer ahead, and while we can hope that the weather gods are kind to us this year, the lucky ones amongst us will be jetting off to somewhere slightly more exotic. The rare British sun also brings the onset of pre-holiday panic, seeing a rise in the number of people investing in costly gym memberships in a last-minute bid to obtain their desired beach bodies. The team at Life Leisure gyms see fitness as a long-term goal reached by implementing realistic lifestyle changes and setting achievable goals, rather than a quick fix that’s unlikely to satisfy you in the long term. As the biggest fitness provider in Stockport, Life Leisure offer members access to fitness classes, swimming and the latest gym equipment across all sites.

Bust the winter blues with Scunthorpe’s Elite Fitness
We know all too well that the ‘New Year, New You’ attitude often falls short of our expectations- especially during those tricky winter months. Speedy Service for Brennan Communications
Martin Brennan has 30 years of experience in the networking industry, working at various fibre-splicing companies until he set up his own business, Kent-based Brennan Communications Ltd. in 1999. The small business now runs a team of eight employees, and specialises in communication rollout across the UK. The fibre-optic cables deliver a faster broadband, which can reach speeds of up to 300mbps - that’s megabits per second. The company have lucrative long-term contracts with a number of telecommunication and broadband services, including BT, Kelly’s and KMCO. However, although fibre-optic cables are more efficient, if they are ‘pulled’ into place like the copper cables used for telephone line and mobile networks, they will snap. Therefore, a blowing machine is required, to let the fibre through the exchange to the required location- "to the kerb" and "to the premises".
